Our Engineering Center provides application and technical support for cost-effective recommendations pertaining to fasteners and related assembly components.
Our Engineering Capabilities include;
- Full 2D & 3D computer-aided design (CAD) capabilities with engineers experienced in helping customers design fasteners for custom applications
- We work with manufacturing partners to build prototype products for PPAP process and life cycle testing
- Engineers, sourcing specialists, and supplier quality engineers work with OEMs to promote cost savings and quality control
- We partner with customers and serve as an extension of their engineering function
- Extensive library of thousands of automotive OEM drawings and CAD models
- We provide critical material selection and substitution advice for products with a high cost of failure to provide the best products and solutions for our customers
