Michelle Mobarak is the Human Resources Manager for National Engineered Fasteners Inc. (NEF) since April 2021.
Mrs. Mobarak spent most her career working in financial departments in the automotive sector before transitioning over to Human Resources 3 1/2 years ago. In addition to managing payroll, benefits and employee relations, Mrs. Mobarak spearheads the recruitment and charitable initiatives for NEF.
Michelle’s goal is to continue to improve employee equality and morale by encouraging open discussion while maintaining the strictest confidentiality in delicate situations.
