Scott Davis is the General Manager at National Engineered Fasteners Inc. (NEF) and has been with the company for 1 year. Mr. Davis spent 20+ years working at General Dynamics Land Systems Canada within the Supply Chain Management team, bringing an excellent track record of building relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, increasing supply chain efficiency, and executing mission critical programs.
Scott’s goal is to bring strong leadership skills to motivate team members, implement new processes, and improve performance and morale at NEF. His focus is to grow NEF to become a world class leader in the distribution of production fasteners for the automotive, industrial, and aerospace and defense markets. With a vast knowledge of operations and procurement methods, including the ability to manage complex supply chain challenges with suppliers, he will drive ongoing focus to ensure our customer relationships remain strong and that our business remains viable for years to come.
