Tim Gale
Quality Assurance Manager
Tim Gale is the Quality Assurance Manager of National Engineered Fasteners (NEF). In his role, he leads a skilled team of Quality Technicians and is responsible for the design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems.
Prior to joining National Engineered Fasteners, Mr. Gale owned and managed his own small business which he later sold. Previous to that he held roles of increasing responsibility at General Dynamics Land Systems – Canada that included Supplier Quality Engineering and Design Product Assurance.
Mr. Gale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University as well as a Business Accounting Diploma from Georgian College.
