Tracey Rowland
Controller
Tracey Rowland is the Controller at National Engineered Fasteners (NEF). In her role she is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations, monitoring cash flow and working with the NEF Management Team to develop strategic plans to improve the company’s overall financial performance.
Tracey has over 25 years experience in the Fastener Distribution Industry. Prior to joining NEF in 2004, Tracey held multiple roles at Spaenaur, another large Canadian fastener distributor, including Assistant Controller.
Ms. Rowland holds her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, Business Administration – Accounting Diploma, and HR Certification. She studied at both Wilfred Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario and St. Lawrence College, Kingston, Ontario.
