Wyatt MartinDale is the Business Transformation / IT Manager at National Engineered Fasteners (NEF). In his role, he has responsibility for the IT function across the organization which includes the business ERP, WMS, EDI, as well as IT infrastructure, telephony, helpdesk, and Cyber Security. Additionally, Wyatt is responsible for transforming the processes, procedures, and infrastructure of the business to facilitate growth and efficiencies.
Prior to his existing role, Mr. MartinDale held a variety of key positions in scheduling, operations and was previously the lead of the scheduling department. He has spent 5 years with the company and has helped grow many new developments for the business. Wyatt has 10 years of industry experience ranging from industries such as furniture, luxury goods, renewable energy, and automotive.
Wyatt studied Supply Chain and Operations Management at Conestoga College.
